Delivery times
Shipping is free and tracked on every order. As soon as your parcel leaves, you get your tracking number by email.
5–11 business days is the current delivery time. It can take longer during the holidays.
Christmas special
After these dates, we keep shipping, but we can no longer guarantee arrival before December 24th.
Late, lost or damaged package
We take care of it. If your parcel is lost or missing, send us your order number: we open an investigation with the carrier. If it isn’t fraud, we refund you. Parcel damaged? Send us a photo and we’ll find a solution.
Returns: 14 days to change your mind
1. Write to us with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We’ll send you the return address and instructions.
3. As soon as we receive it, we refund you to your original payment method.
You have 14 days after delivery to send it back: that’s the legal withdrawal period. Return shipping costs are on you. The product must be complete and in good condition.
Was it a gift?
No problem. Returns are possible within 14 days, and the refund goes to the person who paid for the order.

A problem with your blaster? Write to us with your order number and a photo, and we’ll find a solution. The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies to every order.
