Returns and refunds

14-day right of return

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, whichever country you ordered from.

How returns work

Write to us within these 14 days at support@blast-blocks.com and include your order number. We will send you the return address and all the details. Then send the goods back to us within 14 days.

Condition of the goods

The goods should be complete and undamaged, ideally in their original packaging. A reasonable amount may be deducted for any loss in value caused by use beyond normal testing.

Return costs

You bear the cost of returning the goods. If a product is defective, damaged or the wrong item was delivered, we cover the costs.

Refund

As soon as your return has reached us, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase. No fees will be charged for this.

Defective or damaged products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, send us a photo or video at support@blast-blocks.com. We will replace the product or refund the purchase price.
